On July 18th the spawn came for another visit. This time it was longer and a trial run for living with us. Waiting for them in the airport was so awful.
A few days before them getting here, we got a call from the breeder letting us know that one of the females became available because the original buyer backed out. She looked just like Rufus with her marking and was the one that Brian wanted originally. He was basing His choice on looks while i was basing mine on “feel”.
After we thought about it, we decided to get her. So, the next day after the boys got here we went and picked her up. Her name is Mina. Now it looks like we have twins. Rufus has the black collar and Mina got a teal collar. Just like Rufus, Mina had worms and pooped nasty “spaghetti”. Rufus and Mina were happy to see each other again.
Sammie played well with them too.
The boys were so excited to have puppies to play with. They also were so excited that they were able to play video games when ever they wanted as long as the followed the following rules:
1. Be respectful to all.
2. Do your chores (which was not much).
3. When school started, homework first.
4. Help when asked with the puppies.
They did well with those and got to play when ever they wanted as long as they wanted.
