Our first Valentine’s Day married was pretty boring. i was prepping my body to accept the baby. Again, i had to trick it into thinking i was getting pregnant.
To prep the body, i had to take more estrogen a few times a day but i had to insert the pill vaginally. This is because it is absorbed more so it is more potent. After 2 weeks of taking estrogen and my uterine lining is a certain type (i cannot remember which one but there are 3 types), i can start taking the progesterone shots. While menopur ones went in my belly, these ones go in my butt. Menopur was a water based solution. The progesterone is an oil based. The belly is mostly made up of fat, the butt muscle.
The hormones caused me to have very bad migraines and on Valentine’s day i had one of them.
We played E.Q. and Brian ordered heart shaped pizza that is only available on Valentine’s day. It was the sweetest thing ever.
He gave me a mug full of Reeses, favorite candy. i made him a cross stitch piece.
It turned to be one of the best Valentine’s Days ever! <3
